Here at Atlas Eats we continuously explore the tastes and traditions of foods from around the world. Our changing menus reflect our interpretation of the standards and classics from many cuisines. We procure the freshest ingredients possible from a host of sources in search of the unique and authentic. During the growing season we engage local farmers and growers for produce whenever possible.
We want to revive the Mom & Pop intimacy of a neighborhood store translated into a fine restaurant & bake shop. Small and inviting with only 24 seats, we encourage both eating in or taking out. Come savor the flavors from around the globe.
Brunch is a happening at Atlas!
Known for our pancakes, we grind our own wheat berries in house. The kimchee variety are a crowd favorite, yet it is not uncommon to see one with eyes closed at first bite of our regular cakes with local maple syrup.
