Tiramisu hails from the Veneto region of Italy and became one of the most widely served Italian desserts on restaurants menus around the U.S. Now Atlas will have a go at it. Our new menu will feature other regional ingredients that rise up in the spring like peas, asparagus, raddichio and soft shelled crabs. And of course we'll be pouring the wines of Veneto as well.

Atlas Eats Kitchen & Bakeshop was chosen by Yelp as one of 100 top rated businesses in North America to attend a meeting of the minds at their headquarters in San Francisco in November. This was a great honor and surprise for us and we were very excited to send Anna Brinkman, our chef de cuisine, to attend the conference. This was a first for Yelp and we were lucky to be included.

Pachamama Farm, our local source for produce in season, has completed their 2016 harvest. Without our local source of beautiful organic produce, it is a challenge for Atlas. We continue weekly, throughout the winter season, to source the best products available. Stay in touch with the Pachamama Farm website and see what it takes to farm organically and what they are planning for next season. It is a well run organic farm that produces gorgeous and delicious vegetables and herbs. It is worth a peek!

Three of the key players at Atlas were interviewed on the radio.  The host and producer of "Savor Life," Michael Warren Thomas, spoke with the three of us about the origin and future of Atlas Eats. We were featured on the segment titled "For the Love of Food." Sit back and listen a while.
