It is you that keeps us inspired to continue to strive for excellence in food preparation, service and ambiance at our little neighborhood restaurant.

Pachamama Farm, our local source for produce in season, has just begun to supply us with their gorgeous produce. Without our local source of beautiful organic produce, it is a challenge for Atlas. We continue weekly, throughout the winter season, to source the best products available. Stay in touch with the Pachamama Farm website and see what it takes to farm organically and what they are planning for next season. It is a well run organic farm that produces pristine and delicious vegetables and herbs. It is worth a peek!
